: the departure of educated or professional people from one country, economic sector, or field for another usually for better pay or living conditions
Where is it most prevalent?
Generally, this effect takes place in developing countries due to the lack of basic infrastructure and educational opportunities. With limited educational chances, the job force is scarce. In turn, this causes a limited job market since the labor force is too weak to sustain the educated.
How can I help?

The biggest reason developing countries continue to struggle today is from the lack of educational opportunities. However, as citizens become educated, they tend to leave their homeland resulting in the drainage of youth intelligence.
